Host Mentoring Services
Are you interested in giving back? In making a difference in someone's life? The Host Mentoring Services (a branch of the Inter-Cultural Association) matches internationally trained professionals with qualified host volunteer mentors in the same or related career field to help them become familiar with their field in the Canadian context. Mentoring pairs are matched for a period of 3-6 months and commit to meeting with each other on a regular basis, either weekly or biweekly. The Host Mentoring Facilitator provides training and support for the mentoring pair, and organizes occasional group gatherings and learning opportunities. If you are interested in learning more, please contact: Gaylene Turner Host Mentoring Services Facilitator Inter-Cultural Association of Victoria Ph: 250-388-4728 ext. 122 gturner@icavictoria.org
