Growing acceptance of online registration – this is an increasingly popular way of registering for all kinds of events. People are beginning to expect it as the primary method of registration. Some participants may perceive an event as out of date if online registration is not available.
Eliminate data entry – traditional forms of registration rely on fax or mail-in registration meaning that you must enter all the information, create a filing system – the potential for keying errors is there, plus deciphering handwriting on registration forms can sometimes be a challenge! When registrants submit their information online, it is automatically organized and stored in an online database.
Automatic event confirmation – once a registrant submits their information through the online registration system, a confirmation and receipt are automatically emailed to the registrant to confirm their registration – this email can also contain additional information that you may wish registrants to know. This far surpasses manual registrations where confirmation can be delayed for a number of reasons.
Manage capacity – you may wish to limit the number of attendees to your event. With a manual method faxes can still be coming in when the event is full, causing phone calls and emails to go back and forth. With online registration you can set your event so that it limits the number of registrants and when the course is full, participants can be added to a waiting list.
Print accurate nametags and registration lists – since the people who register online are entering their own information there is a significant reduction in errors. We provide you with nametags and registration lists with your logo printed in colour.
Build an email database of participants – in addition to your printed nametags and registration lists, we will forward you a contact list of participants for your workshop which includes their email, mailing address, phone and fax – this information belongs to you and is helpful for follow up after the workshop.

Creation of an on-line registration link for your event
Creation of a database for your event, including all registrant information
Registration confirmation and receipt via email to each registrant with a valid email address
Accept credit cards VISA, MasterCard and American Express (merchant fees apply)
Nametags or tent cards in PDF format for you to print
Provision of a financial summary showing payments, total amount collected, and upon completion of your event, we will provide you with a financial summary showing payments, less applicable fees payable to 24 Carrot Learning - the money is sent to you by cheque.
