Who are You? I am a father, husband, educator and athletic coach, interested in human behavior and passionate about parenting, learning and inspiring others.  Playing and having fun are important in my life.

What are your passions and Interests - Finding ways to make a positive difference in all that I do.

What book are you reading right now? The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni

What quality do you value most in others? Authenticity

What is one thing you’ve always wanted to do?To kayak through the Broken Group Islands

What is one thing that some people don't know about you? I played for the Canadian Men's Basketball team for many years.

What is the best advice you ever received and from who? If you want to change someone's behaviour, you must first change your own. Stephen Glenn

What did you learn this week? Many people never set goals

What can the readers learn from you? My sense is that readers would develop a sense of optimism and hope that change can and will happen and that obstacles can be conquered. Being real and authentic are strong values of mine and they are infectious. Readers can learn leadership practices that will serve them well in all aspects of their lives.

Business tip or motto? People do business with people they like.

Favourite community organization for charity? MS Society of Canada
