TweetDeck - this is a program you download - it allows you to 'tweet' to both your facebook and your twitter profile. www.tweetdeck.com

TweetLater - you can set up all your tweets for the week ahead, and set up an automatic welcome message when someone follows you www.tweetlater.com

Twellow - an online directory of Twitter users and their profiles.  Search by keywords in peoples' profiles to find customers that would be relevant to your message.  You'll also want to be sure you're registered, so that people can find you.  (FREE) www.twellow.com
