Emerging Perspectives in Contracting is a one-day course that speaks to emerging contracting practices by examining more than two dozen real life contract situations.

Increased confidence in the application of best practices will be acquired through discussion of specific case studies highlighting an appreciation of good ethical practices and the importance of problem resolution in contracting. The purpose of this training is to acquaint participants with new and emerging practices in order to refresh and update their contracting competencies and to improve the effectiveness of employees involved in contract management.
