Workshop Overview:

• Introduction to facilitating thinking
• Overview Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking and Perception tools
• The TEC process - Planning to Target, Expand, and Contract Thinking
• Frameworks and tools for structuring different types of thinking challenges with practice activities: ideation, decision making, strategy, etc.
• Daily individual facilitation practice with immediate coaching

Included with your registration: the official de Bono Thinking Systems facilitator kit, expert coaching and refreshment breaks.
