Delicious Dip!

The only thing this has to do with carrots is that you could use carrot and celery sticks instead of crackers for this amazing dip - it is definitely not for those on a diet but it is very yummy!

Chop and cook til crispy ~ wrap in paper towel to drain all the fat you can off:

  • 8 strips of bacon until crispy - I have been buying Mitchell's thick sliced bacon at Thrifty Foods and it is the best!

In a mixing bowl, combine and blend until smooth:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard

To this, add:

  • the cooled bacon 'bits' you made above
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, grated

Scoop it all into an ovenproof dish, bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
